Welcome to SolArena ("the Platform"). By accessing or using SolArena.bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use SolArena.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement and that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of SolArena complies with applicable laws.
SolArena reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to verify eligibility.
Your Solana wallet address serves as your identity on SolArena. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases.
SolArena will never ask for your private keys or seed phrase. Any transaction initiated from your connected wallet is considered authorized by you. You bear all risk of unauthorized access to your wallet.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your connected wallet on the Platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on SolArena:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban from the Platform.
SolArena offers peer-to-peer (PvP) games where players compete against each other, not against the house. Game outcomes are determined through our provably fair system.
Rake fees are deducted from the winning pot before payout. All fees are transparently displayed before you enter any game. SolArena reserves the right to modify fee structures with prior notice.
All deposits and withdrawals on SolArena are conducted exclusively in SOL on the Solana blockchain.
Deposits are processed by connecting your Solana-compatible wallet (e.g., Phantom, Solflare) and signing transactions directly. There are no intermediary accounts; funds are transferred on-chain.
Winnings are automatically sent to your connected wallet upon game completion. Transaction fees (Solana network fees) are borne by the user and are separate from platform rake fees.
SolArena is not responsible for transactions sent to incorrect addresses or for losses caused by Solana network congestion or downtime.
SolArena is committed to transparent and verifiable gameplay. All game outcomes use a cryptographic commit-reveal scheme (SHA-256 hashing with server seeds, client seeds, and nonces) ensuring that neither the house nor the player can manipulate results.
Every completed game can be independently verified using our Provably Fair verification tool. Full details on our verification process are available on that page.
SolArena is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolArena and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you participate at your own discretion.
If you have a dispute regarding a game outcome, you may use our Provably Fair verification tool to independently confirm the result.
For other disputes, contact our support team. We will investigate all claims in good faith and aim to resolve disputes within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association in the governing jurisdiction.
SolArena reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last updated" date.
Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
For material changes that significantly affect your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice through the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
